return & exchange eligibility, please make sure that:
- The product have been purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product has not been used or damaged
- You must obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.
-Original ordered item(s)in an order can be returned only once for refund or exchange.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
* Please note – this does not apply to ‘made to measure’ or custom made order items ’, which cannot be returned.
Original Shipping amount is non-refundable.

Made to Measure Order ( Custom Made Order )
We do not accept any return-exchange or refund for ‘made to measure’ or custom made corset.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be fully refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
